What this website collects
This website does not have contact forms and does not ask you to create an account. We do not collect names, addresses, or payment information through this site.
The site does the following:
- Phone links. Tapping a phone number opens your phone's dialer. We receive the call, not data from your device.
- Links to county jail rosters. These take you to the Potter County Sheriff's Office and Randall County Sheriff's Office websites. Those sites are operated by those agencies and have their own privacy practices. We do not receive information about what you search there.
- Link to our online bail application. Our application is hosted by a third-party provider. When you start an application, the information you enter is collected by that provider and shared with us. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.
- Customer reviews. We display reviews from our Google Business Profile using a third-party widget. That widget may set cookies or collect basic usage data.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site. It does not collect your name or contact details.
Information we collect when you contact us
Phone calls. When you call us, we receive your phone number, the date and time of the call, and its duration. We do not record calls.
Text messages. If you text us or reply to a message from us, we receive your phone number and the content of your message.
Bail applications. If you apply for a bond, whether online, by phone, or in our office, we collect the information needed to write and underwrite that bond. That can include names, dates of birth, addresses, employment information, references, identification documents, and financial information about anyone signing as an indemnitor. We collect this because we cannot write a bond without it.
Text messaging
If you provide your phone number, we may send you text messages about your bond, your paperwork, or your court dates, and we may reply by text if you call and we miss you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All other information sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third party.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 806-379-6699.
Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
